Ruffle Front Top

How fun is this top? The colors (grenadine-pictured, saffron, and olive) and the ruffles are totally delightful. Perfect with white jeans for date night or under a jacket for meetings.

Linen Lace Dress

I feel that the color makes or breaks this linen dress. I love it in the "shiloh blue" color, but I wouldn't think twice about this dress in white. The v-neck and empire waist make this one a keeper. I would add flat sandals given the shorter length of the skirt, but I tend to be a bit of a prude when it comes to heels and short skirts. Scoot on over to Banana Republic and pick it up for $98.

Green Jersey Braided Tank

I love it when small details are added to basic pieces. And this tank by Romeo & Juilet does just that. A jersey tank top isn't very exciting, but when you add the U-shaped braided strap it gets fun. The lovely shade of green and the hip-hitting length seals the deal for me. Bluefly has it on sale for $51.

Velvet Harmonia Dress

This Harmonia dress is stylish basic in an appealing jade color. Velvet's pieces always seem to fit well. And in my opinion whatever detail the piece incorporates may seem minimal on the rack, but when you put the item on, that detail has the most impactful affect on the fit and shape. I am certain that the draping in the front falls into this category. Grab it at Basic for $152.

Twelth Street Pintuck Belted Blouse

What can be better than this chic neutral pintuck blouse by Cynthia Vincent? The fact that its been marked down from $275 to $192.50. I am certain that these piece will go quickly, so grab one from Basic while they are still available.

20% Off at the Gap

If you have your eye of a few things at the Gap, now is the time to grab them. Enter BWJGBJ7JMFN3 at checkout to get 20% off a purchase of $75 or more. Take advantage of this offer now until June 6th.

Foley + Corinna Blossom Dress

For me, this Foley + Corinna Blossom dress at Shopbop was love at first sight. Its so delightfully fun and feminine. The sweetheart neckline and ruched bodice add to the delicateness that I think the blossom print inspires. And its empire waisted, so that means the silhouette should flatter most figures.

Windowpane Short

I apologize to you short lovers out there, but shorts really aren't my thing. Although I did finally bite the bullet and buy what I feel are the two key styles for the summer. The roomy cuffed version and the longer straight version. Now I have yet to leave the house in them, but I at least bought them hoping I would get over my issues with shorts. So, for you gals who have a normal relationship with short pants, these Windowpane Shorts at Just Sweet are for you. I love the longer shorts with a heel. I prefer wedges, but they don't look bad as pictured here. Here's the kicker, they are only $19.99 and Just Sweet is offering an extra 25% off (SWEET25SITE)

True Religion Candice Wide Legs

Here's a great deal on True Religion jeans at Bloomingdales. The Candice Stretch Wide Leg Jeans are marked down from $240 to $168. I am a HUGE fan of their jeans. The pockets are the perfect size for making me feel a smidge better about my rear view. The inseam is also the perfect length for flats (for me) or heels depending on the length of your legs. This is especially a great deal if you haven't snagged a pair of wide leg jeans for the summer yet. And if that wasn't enough great news, they have sizes 24-32 still available.

Tessa Top

Up until this year, I never had any sort of bright pink in my closet. However, I have recently added a few items and I really like them. I am not sure why I ever shied away from the hue before. Its a good color for me and its almost impossible to wear it and be blue (yellow has the similar effect on me). The poppin' pink is what drew me to this floaty number at Forever 21. Outside of coming in a great summer color, I really like the tie accent and the layers of the Tessa Top. And as with most items at 21, it's totally budget-friendly at $17.80.

Ella Moss Beatrice Top

I happen to be a huge fan of most everything that is Ella Moss, and this adorably chic camisole at Shopbop is no exception. I really like the charcoal version and the crossover v-neck and empire waist are sure to be oh-so-flattering on most gals. Lucky for us, its on sale for $83.

Mint Jodi Arnold Grecian Dress

This grecian dress is gorgeous (comes in emerald and charcoal). I love the draping and the asymmetrical twist. Its also unfortunately out of my price range. But Instyle.com is offering ladies like myself a chance to win this dress and others.

Lewis Cho Ruched Dress

I can't say that I am familiar with Lewis Cho, but if this dress is any indication of what the line has to offer, I need to do some serious research. This navy dress is just lovely. It completely appeals to me...I love the color, the hexagon print, the v-neck, and the sleeves. Its on sale right now at Pink Mascara for $192.50.

Dip-Dyed Tanks

Are you bored with your standard tanks that comprise your collection? Add a dip-dyed tank from the Gap to your repertoire for a little sass for less than $20. I really like the idea of slipping this under a blazer for work.

Tropic Floral Skirt

Here's a tropic-inspired skirt full of color and volume and its totally budget-friendly at $22.80. Add a tank top and cute sandals and you are ready for most summer functions that pepper your weekends. You might even be able to get away with it for work, although I can't gauge the length and how appropriate it will be for the office.

Lorick Mere Mere Top

I love all things Gossip Girl, although I was a wee bit disappointed with the season finale's ending. Did we really need to pair everyone up with someone new?!?! All things Gossip Girl now includes Abigail Lorick's line. And this yellow blouse at Buy Definition is my new favorite piece. I am bananas for yellow this season and when you add the ruffles and the banded short sleeves its all over.

Old Navy Spotlight Collection

Believe it or not, these dresses are from Old Navy. And I don't mean that to sound like Old Navy doesn't offer much in the way of style, but these dresses are a bit more chic than what I normally expect. And what's even cooler is these pieces are offered at Old Navy prices. What's not to love.

Yellow Cotton Sundress

I promise this is my last Nordstrom sale post for the night. I adore this yellow printed cotton sundress by Maggy London. I feel like this dress offers so much for only $63.90. I really like the fuller skirt and scoop neck/back. I plan to grab one of these and use it for work with a jacket and hang on to it just in case I have a baby shower or wedding that pops up on my calendar this summer.

Kate Spade Gala Too Slides

And here's another great find at Nordstrom that is on sale, the Kate Spade "Gala Too" slides. I love the green! Grab them for $155.90 before they have all been spoken for.

Legs Sandal

Want to show off those gams that you have been working so hard to get in tip top shape for the summer? These Enzo Angiolini "Legs" Sandals can assist you in those efforts. There's truly no sexier sandal out there right now, in my opinion, than patent-leather platforms. Nordstrom has these on sale right now for $58.90.

Yumi Star Dress

Asos is having a sale and they have a significant amount of stuff marked down 20%. I haven't gotten through EVERYTHING yet, but so far this Yumi Star Silk Dress is my favorite. I am smitten with the cream version, but it comes in black too.

Design History Ruched V-Neck

I really like the ruching on this Design History top at Bluefly. The only thing that gives me pause before snagging one for myself is the seam that sorta goes around the bust. I can't decide if the way it swings out would be flattering or not. What do you think? Although I do love the sleeves. Grab it for $32.
