Tibi Coral Reef Vneck Dress

I am officially on shopping hiatus and am stuck window shopping, which I loathe. I did a little too much damage last week, so now I need to suck it up for a bit. I wish I could grab this Tibi dress. I love how colorful it is. The silhouette is perfect...deep v-neck, great length, and empire waist. But alas, it was not meant to be, at least not right now. Enjoy!
