How cute is this Juicy Couture dress? I love the textured ivory fabric. Nordstrom has marked this dress down from $278 to $165.90, but they only have size 12 left, so if that's you be sure to hurry and scoop one up while you can. Its a great price on a great silhouette.

I really dig this Foley + Corinna strapless dress, particularly the sweetness of the white cotton (although it also comes in black) with the edginess of the studded detailing. Its a little pricey for me at $400, but I plan to keep my eye on it just in case it goes on sale.
Here's a great deal at Shopbop on a Marc by Marc Jacobs bag, if you like structured bags that are slightly sophisticated. The Owl Convertible Clutch is so chic and it comes in midnight blue, which I really like. It was originally $328 and is now on sale $229.60.
Bright colors are everywhere this summer. And if the yellows that have been everywhere aren't your thing, perhaps this tantalizing turquoise is what you needed to see before you jumped on the bright boat. Check out this adorable dress at Banana Republic. Offered in black and "mosaic", its the perfect cotton casual dress you need for the summer. I feel like this color works on just about everyone, although it can look absolutely stunning on gals who have baby blues.

I find that wrap dresses are the perfect go-to dress for most things, both work and pleasure. And the Jilda dress, with its vintage-inspired graphic print, is perfect. I really like the blue and green as well as the cuffed sleeves. If you are in need of a dress that can function for meetings and weddings, this is your dress.
Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent is one of my faves. And this dress is one of my recent loves. Not only is the one shoulder dress sporting a fashion-forward print, but its totally feminine.
I have noticed that lately I am really digging paisley prints, which is why this Sweet Pea tank initially caught my eye. And then the adjustable strap and shoulder tie reeled me in even further. If the red paisley print isn't your thing, Bluefly has lime and sky versions too. I think this could be a really versatile tank for the summer. Add jeans and heels for the evening or a jacket for work. Definitely lots of bang for your $48.
Have you bought you yellow for the summer yet? If you haven't, may I suggest giving this eyelet embroidered dress by Milly a look? That is if you can afford to drop $370 on a dress. I really can't right now, but this dress is absolutely fantastic. The deep V-back is sensational and I love the scalloped edges.
I don't know that I necessarily need a pair of pink strappy wedges, but these are adorable and might be a nice add on to a neutral outfit. For less than $100, their color might not be the only thing that makes you smile when you put them on.

Here's a chic twist on your standard tank top. An asymmetrical twisted strap adds a little pizazz to this top. The fabric falls from just below the bust, but its not too voluminous that it makes you look like you might be sporting maternity wear, which is a huge issue with some of the empire waisted tops that I have run across. I feel like you get a lot with this piece for only $58.
Not that I am in the market for a new handbag, but for some reason I am drawn to white bags. And this one from Kooba looks ultra lux. I really like the side buckle and double straps, but its not exactly budget-friendly at $625, unless you are still wondering how to spend your stimulus check.

Going a little tank crazy tonight, but this Piper tank at J. Crew is lovely. Check out the braided detail around the neckline and don't sleep on the draping either. I think this is another great alternative to the standard tank that can take you to the office and into the evening for drinks. I personally like the fuchsia one, but decide for yourself.
I cannot imagine a more comfy alternative to shorts for the summer than this Michael Stars tee dress. I think dresses (and skirts) are far more breezy than shorts anyhow, but this dress looks like it could rival my pajamas for comfortableness.
I love tanks, but sometimes I need something that's a little sassier than the standard "wife beater" version, don't you? This pleated tie tank seems to be a nice little change up to have. I really dig the banded bottom .

This is how Betsey Johnson does swimwear. Retro and sassy. I absolutely adore this lingerie-inspired bikini, although I wonder how those cute little cutouts on this model would translate to us real chicks. But this is definitely worth a look if you need to add a suit or two to your collection to get you through the summer.
I know I post quite a few items that work well for us smaller busted gals, but I have quite a few friends who are on the busty side of life and finding a flattering and cute swimsuit is a tall order. However, Linda the Bra Lady might have just the thing...the Freya Pina Colada bikini. The sizes range from 32-38 D/DD/E/F and they have a traditional bottom and a tie sides option to pair with the top.
Chick Downtown is offering an extra 40% off (ADD40) their sale items. So its the perfect time to pick up this lovely little Betsey Johnson dress. The yellow plaid is perfect for the summer and the sweetheart neckline is uber flattering on most gals.
With the summer right around the corner, you are no doubt in the midst of planning or counting the days down to a trip to the beach. My vaca is only one month away, so I am in need of picking up a swimsuit or two that doesn't make me cry and this one is adorable. Those are little sailboats and its on sale right now at Victoria's Secret for only $40 (for the top and bottom).
My sincerest apologies for taking a week off. It wasn't intentional. I had some traveling to do and had fully planned on posting in the evenings, but it just didn't work out. But this Ella Moss mini dress is a great way to say hello again. I am really smitten with the puffy banded sleeves. Aren't you? Its on sale right now at Saks for only $96.90.
This is an old post revisted. After lusting after this bag for quite some time, I was fortunate enough that my husband decided to end my daydreaming and gave me this bag for my birthday! How great! Its really a fantastic bag.
I test drove this handbag a few weeks back at Nordstrom and I loved it! If you are looking to pick up a new handbag, you might want to consider it since it converts into an oversized clutch when you detach the strap. It comes in green, yellow, or black and has the necessary pockets inside for gals who like to maintain some organization in their bags. And when you use it as a shoulder bag, its the perfect length to keep it on your shoulder and still rummage through it, which is a major selling point for me. Neiman Marcus has it right now for $298.
