Rachel Pally Nicole Dress

I have a few weddings coming up this spring and this violet dress is perfect for both day and evening affairs. Outside of the great color, the empire waist is flattering if you plan to indulge at the open bar and the keyhole back is unexpected. The best part, its on sale at Basic for $150.

Braided Sash Belt

Here's a steal...check out this Raffia Belt at Hatattack for only $35. I really like the chocolate one to pair with khaki colored shirt dresses or safari-style jackets, but you can check out the navy and natural ones too.

Teal Peeptoes

How great are these gorgeous peep toe platform shoes in teal? I absolutely LOVE them. Steve Madden offers them in black, pewter, purple, and red too...but let's be honest the teal ones are too lovely not to lust after. Pick them up and be sure to get 25% off using this code SMeaster25.

20% Off at Piperlime

If you are looking to add a pair or two of new shoes to put a little spring in your step, these options at Piperlime might peak your interest. The Chinese Laundry Pinta sandal is a cute kitten heel that can add a punch of color. And the in sunflower and dark teal). Or if you aren't feeling the color and want to incorporate another hot trend, check out these ombre-inspired heels in brown and gray. And, be sure to use this code to enjoy an extra 20% off your purchase (PWC4C1XBJFL3).

Ruffle Shirt Dress

Ralph Lauren also has some of their spring stuff on sale. I really like this striped shirt dress with a ruffle and for me its perfect for work, but I can also see it working for bridal showers (since the wedding season is right around the corner).

Banana Republic Spring Sale

Banana Republic has a chunk of their early spring items on sale that are worth checking out. If you wear a lot of silver-toned jewelry and need something to tote items to and from work, this graphic print bag is on sale.

Maxi Dress

I LOVE the maxi dresses, but am just really unsure of how they will look on a less-than-supermodel physique. The colors and halter top on this dress intrigued me enough to think that I might take chance on buying one and seeing if its for me or not. Only $69 at Victoria's Secret.

White Handbags

I have been looking for a new white handbag for the spring for a few weeks now. And although I haven't purchased it yet, these options caught my eye at Bag, Borrow or Steal. I haven't "borrowed" a bag from the site, but I like to check their outlet to see if there's anything available that moves me. These were a few of the white options that stuck out for me. I really like the Goldenbleu satchel.

Swiss Dot Jacket

I love this jacket. It's very feminine and the sweetheart neckline and ruffle are lovely. Arden B carries a matching skirt and shorts, but I think I would pair it with a pair of wide-legged white trousers (Banana Republic carries some great options, especially for petites and talls). And it won't blow your budget at $118.

Pinstripe Pants

Ignoring the matching vest that is pictured with them, these tailored Lauren by Ralph Lauren pants at Nordstrom are fantastic. I like the cut and the wide leg helps balance out a fuller bottom (aka "pear shaped").

Simply Vera Wang Belted Dress

I have spring dress fever...and am so eager to put my winter clothes away once and for all. But, lately it seems like there are tons of dresses that catch my eye. This belted dress at Kohl's looks more like a painting than a dress, which I really like, and won't hurt my budget either ($46.90).

Ruffled Swiss-Dot Dress

On my way to check out the Simply Vera Spring line at Kohl's, I saw this cute white dress, which I can totally see with a pair of flat sandals, since I am very weird about short skirts with any type of heel. The best part about the dress is its price, on sale for $36.99 and Kohl's still offers it in most sizes.

Linen A-Line Dress

I tend to rely on Banana Republic for a lot of my work basics, but their spring line has several cute dresses that can function for work and perhaps a wedding or shower. This linen dress caught my eye and although I think I would add my own belt, I think it could quickly be a new basic for work and play (just by changing my accessories).

Seersucker Skirt

I was on the hunt yesterday for a full skirt and I happened upon this seeksucker number at J. Crew. After trying it on, I was really excited about the silhouette and despite it not being what I was precisely looking for, I snagged it. They also have a jacket and pants if skirts aren't your thing.
