If you happen to be a size 8, today is your lucky day. This chic Vena Cava dress is on sale for $150.30 (normally $501). Outside of the sleeves and length, I absolutely adore the way this dress looks like two pieces.
I tend to be a bit of a fickle shopper in that I can get pretty excited a ton of items from a particular designer or store and then the next season not like a thing. The Gap is proving to be one that I am super excited about this fall. I think Patrick Robinson has really add some edge and fun to the classics you expect from the Gap. Because to be honest, its been a while since I haven't thought the Gap was a bit too dull for my taste. Here are a few of my faves that I have seen:
I tend to stay pretty true to the classics when it comes to selecting my jewelry with a few exceptions and "star-styled" jewelery is one of those exceptions. I can't explain my fascination or love for it. I am sure it can go either way (i.e., I keep my head in the stars), so keep your "psycho babble" thoughts to yourself. This particularly item at ShopBop is adorably simple and won't break the bank at $80. I would really like to scoop it up right now since I seem to be on a gold jewelry bender right now (turns out its a better companion with my skin).
...but I am back! I apologize for my slacker ways having not made a worthwhile post in over a month. But I am truly going to try to get back into the swing of things this week. And my first order of business is tracking down some possibilities if you happen to be one of those lucky ladies who has a birthday coming up.
