Victoria's Secret Linen Skirt

If you were thinking this morning as you looked in your closet for something to wear on yet another sweltering day on the East Coast, "man, I could really use a linen skirt". Victoria's Secret comes to the rescue with an incredibly affordable ($29.50) drawstring option in four different colors (black, white, sandcastle, and chocolate). Who can't benefit from a linen skirt at this price?

Linen Lace Dress

I feel that the color makes or breaks this linen dress. I love it in the "shiloh blue" color, but I wouldn't think twice about this dress in white. The v-neck and empire waist make this one a keeper. I would add flat sandals given the shorter length of the skirt, but I tend to be a bit of a prude when it comes to heels and short skirts. Scoot on over to Banana Republic and pick it up for $98.

Linen Caftan Dress

This is the perfect dress to take with you to the beach. You can use it as a cover up and wear it for drinks on the patio of your favorite bar.

Linen Wide Legged Striped Pants

I swear these pants look so comfy that you might be able to wear them to bed in lieu of pajamas. The Marisa fit linen pants at Victoria's Secret are an easy and breezy option for errands or the beach and they are only $49.50.

Linen A-Line Dress

I tend to rely on Banana Republic for a lot of my work basics, but their spring line has several cute dresses that can function for work and perhaps a wedding or shower. This linen dress caught my eye and although I think I would add my own belt, I think it could quickly be a new basic for work and play (just by changing my accessories).

Linen Pants

I don't know why, but I always forget that Victoria's Secret sells real clothes. And then I see something super cute there that's truly affordable, like these linen pants. They look incredibly comfortable and I could probably live in them most of the summer.

Linen Dress Option

I have a bad case of spring fever, because I can't wait to rotate my spring items back into my closet! I love this little dress with a pair of the gladiator sandals that are everywhere this season. Grab it while you can at Bluefly for $147.
